My Story
I’ve been obsessed with anti-aging research for over 25 years. What started as a personal interest in joint health — driven by my own experience and frustration with mainstream advice — became a deep dive into the science of how we age and what we can actually do about it.
Over the years I’ve worked through thousands of peer-reviewed studies, tracked every major longevity researcher from David Sinclair to Peter Attia, and self-experimented with dozens of supplements, protocols, and lifestyle interventions. I’ve learned what the evidence actually supports — and what’s marketing dressed up as science.
I built Ageless Authority because I couldn’t find a site that cut through the noise with genuine independent research. Most anti-aging content is either too academic to be useful or too commercial to be trusted. I wanted something in between: rigorous, honest, and written by someone who actually cares about getting it right.
What I Research
My core areas of focus are:
- Joint health & inflammation — where I started, and still one of my deepest areas of knowledge
- NAD+ biology & longevity supplements — NMN, NR, resveratrol, and the emerging science around sirtuins and mTOR
- Biohacking protocols — intermittent fasting, Zone 2 cardio, cold therapy, sleep optimisation
- The hallmarks of ageing — the underlying biology of why we age and the most promising interventions
- Skincare & topical anti-aging — retinoids, peptides, and what actually penetrates the dermis
How I Research
Independent Research, Not Sponsored Content
I have no ties to supplement manufacturers. Every product assessment is based on the published evidence, not a commercial relationship. I earn affiliate commissions from some products I recommend — but only after independently concluding the evidence supports them.
Every health claim on this site is linked to a primary PubMed source. I distinguish between human trials and animal studies, between correlation and causation, and between promising early research and established findings. I update articles when significant new evidence emerges.
I don’t have a medical degree — and I’m transparent about that. What I have is 25 years of focused, independent research in a specific domain, and a commitment to accuracy over sensationalism. Where the evidence is thin, I say so. Where a supplement is overhyped, I say that too.
What Ageless Authority Covers
- Longevity Supplements — NMN, NAD+, resveratrol, collagen, and more, assessed against the clinical evidence
- Anti-Aging Skincare — Retinoids, peptides, vitamin C, and evidence-based routines
- Biohacking & Lifestyle — Zone 2 cardio, intermittent fasting, cold therapy, sleep optimisation
- Nutrition & Diet — Anti-inflammatory eating, protein, polyphenols, gut health
- The Science of Ageing — The hallmarks of ageing, epigenetics, telomeres, and leading researcher protocols
A Note on Medical Advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. I’m a researcher and health writer, not a doctor. Always consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement or significantly changing your health routine — especially if you’re on medication or have an existing condition.
